Depression
Depression is a mood disorder that can take many forms: some days you may find it impossible to get out of bed, while other days you may feel more able to go about your normal daily tasks.

Living with depression can be incredibly difficult, both for those suffering and those around them. Due to the nature of the condition, however, seeking help can often be delayed.

Depression is a treatable condition, even in its most severe form. A range of treatment options can be provided. The two most common forms offered are counselling and medication. These are often used in combination - particularly in more severe cases. My therapy can help you identify, address, and manage negative, self-defeating thoughts that may affect the way you behave with depression. Medication, if appropriate, would be administered by your doctor.
